Please find the necessary information below regarding your day at The Belfry.
Timings
The Wishaw Suite opens at 09.00 and closes at 18.30
Breakfast is from 09.00 until 10.30
Lunch is from 12.30 until 15.00
Afternoon Tea is from 16.30 until 18.00
There will be a complimentary bar from 11.00-18.00
These timings apply for all four tournament days.
Parking and Travel
Travel By Car: The Belfry Hotel & Resort is well signposted on major road networks. Once spectators have left the motorway, they should follow the yellow AA event signage which will direct them to the FREE public car parking for Betfred British Masters. Here, Premium Experience customers will have an area reserved at the front of the public car park (CP3).
Please do not follow your sat nav to the main entrance as there will be no public access to The Belfry Hotel and Resort for spectators' vehicles.
Disabled Customers
There will be dedicated disabled spaces on site for spectators whose vehicles display a blue badge. Wheelchair users should contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com for further arrangements.
Taxi/Uber
Taxi and Uber drop off and collection will be at public car parking on A4091. There is strictly no Taxi/Uber drop off at The Belfry hotel and Resort for any ticket holders.
Premium Experience guests are eligible for 1 car parking space between 2 paying guests. Car park passes were issued with your event tickets. If you have not received your parking pass, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com
Where can the minibus we are coming on drop us and collect us?
In the Public Car Park.
Where can a taxi pick-up/drop-off?
In the Public Car Park.
Is there a shuttle service running to/from the train station?
Yes.
Are there disabled shuttles available out to course and to special viewing areas?
Disabled shuttles can be provided on an ad-hoc basis. Event Mobility will be able to assist where possible. There is a dedicated Disabled area within the Viewing Platform on 18th Green
Is there disabled/blue badge parking-where is it located and do I need a pass?
Yes in Car Park 2. You will need a pass. Please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com
Are there mobility scooters available onsite?
Yes Event Mobility will be located in Car Park 2 next to the Public Access Bridge.
How far is the hospitality parking from the hospitality facility?
The walk from Car Park 3 to hospitality in the Wishaw Suite is roughly 7-10 minutes.
Directions
Please see the map below for directions to the Wishaw Suite, which will be easily found and is located close to the car parking. Additional wayfinding will be in place onsite to ensure a smooth arrival.
Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket out?
No you can present your e-ticket on your phone.
When am I due to receive my e-tickets?
For the majority of customers, e-tickets and car park passes (where applicable) were sent via email w/c 18th April. If you have purchased within the last 3 days and not received your tickets, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com

Is hospitality wheelchair friendly/accessible?
Yes it is fully accessible.
Is there complimentary WifFi available?
Yes.
Dress Code
It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury. Please check the weather forecast before you set off on your journey. Blue denim are not permitted in the Clubhouse or within Hospitality.

Children
What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?
As this is an area where alcohol is served. We would recommend that Hospitality is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age. We don't have a discounted children's rate for Premium Experiences purchases. For any questions or clarification, please contact; premium@europeantourgroup.com.

MISC

Can I bring my own alcohol to site? No this is not permitted.
Is there a mobile phone policy? Yes as below:
The European Tour welcomes mobile phones and encourages fans to enjoy and share their experience on social media.
No Professional Cameras, Audio or Video recorders allowed within the venue.
To make sure everyone's experience is as enjoyable as possible:
Please ensure your mobile phone is on SILENT at all times.
Please ensure your flash functionality is switched off at all times.
The following usage guidelines apply:
Mobile phone photography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the course.
Mobile phone video capture is allowed throughout the week in non-completion areas only; such as practice facilities and mobile phone zones.
Data usage (texting, email, using the European Tour app, social media) is permitted at all times.
Please be considerate to other spectators.
At all times, please take care to avoid disturbing players and please respond to all requests from tournament staff, security and members of their team.
How do I know who is playing and what time they tee off?
The entry list can be found here:

Are there TV's in hospitality?
Yes.
Are there dedicated viewing areas out on course?
There is a dedicated viewing platform for Premium Experience guests on the 18th Green. Access will be granted by a wristband which guests will receive once they check in at the Wishaw Suite.
Are there any other bars/facilities I can access on the course with my ticket?
No just the 18th Viewing Deck.
Are there disabled toilets out on the course?
7th, 10th, 15th, PGA Village and Brabazon Village.
