To celebrate the start of Sustainable Golf Week, take a look back as Mia Baker explored the initiatives and green drive of the most sustainability conscious BMW PGA Championship to date. BMW and the DP World Tour’s aligned values and sustainability goals resulted in the ‘greenest’ edition of the BMW PGA Championship in its history.
Mia spent the week discovering what tournament organisers have put in place to achieve this goal. From a focus on reusability, to the recycling of infrastructure, sustainably sourced food and beverage and a reduction in emissions – On The Green presented by BMW focuses on the sustainability initiatives in place at one of the DP World Tour’s premiere tournaments.
