The Road to Mallorca season finale takes place this week as Club de Golf Alcanada plays host to the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final supported by The R&A. We have taken a deep dive into some of the key figures ahead of the week.

28 – years of the Challenge Tour Grand Final. From the first edition in 1995, there have been 27 players crowned Challenge Tour Number One, the most recent of whom was Denmark’s Marcus Helligkilde. Who will be the 28th?
4 – This will be the fourth time the island of Mallorca will host the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final following two editions at T-Golf and Country Club, after the Tour’s maiden visit to Alcanada in 2019.
45 – the number of players teeing it up this week. They are all deserving of a place in this week’s field and – most importantly – can all still graduate to the DP World Tour.

25 – different winners on the 2022 Road to Mallorca. Only JC Ritchie (Bain’s Whisky Cape Town Open & Jonsson Workwear Open) and Alex Knappe (Dimension Data Pro-Am & B-NL Challenge Trophy by Hulencourt) have won multiple titles this year.
500,000 – Euros in the total prize fund this week, the highest of the season.
28 – the 28th and final event of the 2022 Road to Mallorca, which has seen the Tour weave through Africa and Europe over the last nine months.
